We offer replacements or full refunds for incorrect orders and products that arrive spilled or damaged. If you encounter any of these issues, simply email us photos of the problematic items at info@sacredlotus.store. In some cases, we might ask you to return the items. If so, we'll provide a prepaid shipping label to cover the cost.
Please note, we cannot always replace stolen packages, so make sure your delivery location is secure. We do not require signatures for delivery.
Our shipments are sent via USPS, and although it's rare, sometimes deliveries can be delayed. If your package seems lost, we'll wait 2 weeks from the last USPS tracking update before we issue a refund or send a replacement.
Since our whipped butters are handmade, you might notice some variation in how full the containers appear. This variation is due to differences in how much the batches whip up but doesn't mean you're receiving less product. Each container is consistently filled by weight, not volume.
We do not refund or reship melted products if regular shipping is chosen, as the butter remains effective and usable. If it arrives melted, simply refrigerate it until it hardens, then let it return to room temperature in a cool room for a denser, cream-like consistency.
If you've chosen insulated shipping and your product still arrives melted, we offer either a partial refund if you keep it, or you can opt for a replacement or full refund if you return it, with a prepaid shipping label provided.
